Recently, Weihua Group signed a contract of making a High-Precision Automatic Intelligent Bridge Crane for Shanghai Mingjiang Intelligent Systems Co., Ltd. The crane positioning accuracy is ± 4mm.Double girder eot cranes VS Single girder eot crane:1,Structure – Compared with the single girder eot crane, double girder eot cranes have one more bridge beam. Because of the double girder, they are available to offering higher capacity than other cranes. 2,Lifting height – A trolley was equipped as the lifting mechanism that travels on the two bridge beams. The hook can be pulled up between the two beams, so double girder eot cranes offer a better hook height in the given room. 3,Adaptability – Due to the flexible configuration, double girder eot cranes are the ideal solution to meet the demands of special working situation, such as steel industry, explosion-proof place, isolated place, etc.
The crane will be used by China Vehicle Group for Chengdu electric locomotive generator stator core assembly, which requires high positioning accuracy. To achieve unmanned intelligent operating in assembly operations area, it uses a programmable automatic control technology and servo control technology to control the crane, the crane lifting mechanism is arranged so that during operation spreader is not swing, balance up and down without offset.
